Freshly Baked to Order
At Vania’s Enchanted Treats, every cookie is handcrafted and baked fresh to order in small batches from our bakery in Queensland before being carefully packaged and shipped Australia-wide.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be freshly prepared before dispatch.
During busy periods, public holidays, product launches or seasonal events, preparation times may be slightly longer. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll keep you informed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving our bakery.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- Clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and products
