At Vania’s Enchanted Treats, every cookie is handcrafted and baked fresh to order using premium ingredients. Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect flavour selection, or if you simply decide you no longer want your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in preparing, inspecting and packaging every order before it leaves our bakery.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and products
We’ll carefully review each situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

As all orders are freshly baked to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect flavour selection
- Failure to read product descriptions or allergen information
- Orders left unattended after delivery or collection
- Delivery delays once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier

Allergies & Dietary Information
Our cookies are prepared in a kitchen that also handles common allergens including wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.
While every effort is made to minimise cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
Please review all ingredient and allergen information carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before baking has commenced.
Once your order has entered preparation or baking, cancellations, refunds or changes can no longer be accepted.
Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit covers ingredients, preparation time and production planning, and is not refundable if you cancel after work has begun.
